Privacy notice

How Northframe Aerial handles personal information.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Who is responsible

Rob Callery, trading as Northframe Aerial, is responsible for personal information collected by Northframe. Contact: hello@callery.co.uk.

Quote requests

Quotes are requested by email. The “Email for a quote” button opens your own email app; if you send a message, Northframe receives what you include, such as your name, email address, phone number, the location of the job and the details of your request. This is used to check the location, reply to you and prepare a quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

This website

This site has no forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo only load if you choose to play them; those services’ own privacy policies then apply.

During flights

Aerial work can capture people, vehicles or property that aren’t the subject of the job. Flights are planned to avoid this where possible, and imagery is reviewed before delivery so that identifiable people or private details that aren’t needed for the work can be removed or obscured. If you believe you appear in Northframe imagery and want it reviewed or removed, get in touch.

How long information is kept

Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Raw footage is kept only as long as needed to deliver and support the job.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information held about you, or object to how it is used. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
